I think we should remove the "j" and "k" bindings because they violate
the principle of least astonishment.

I completely agree on this. Also it would be really nice if backspace worked.

Somehow I overlooked Krzysztof's backspace patch on the very message I was replying to. It works great! (be sure to apply 0001 too)
