[STUMP] mouse wheel no longer scrolls on latest version of evince3.10 in sid

StumpWM: filonenko-mikhail's truetype fork, top of branch
Mouse: touchpad with synaptics drivers

environment: GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS=1

Scrolling works fine.
