BTW the HTML uses the wrong anchor/id syntax:

 <h3 id="#kawa"><a href="http://www.gnu.org/software/kawa";>Kawa</a></h3>

should be:

  <h3 id="kawa"><a href="http://www.gnu.org/software/kawa";>Kawa</a></h3>

I.e. without the '#' in the id attribute.

This seems to be consistently wrong.
