hi all,
what kind of dinner do we want to shoot for for swarmfest 2004?
there is the usual catered meal we could get via UM catering.
its generally good, just nothing to write home about,
in the usual univ settings.
unfortunately there are no chinese restaurants around campus/downtown
that is big enough for 60 people or so.
one possibility is the Arbor Brewing Company.
Its a local brewpub type place. It has a "game room"
we could rent, holds 65 people.
game room has darts, billards, other similar games.
We can get appetizers (which are suppoed to be good)
and food that is pretty good (not tops in town's brewpubs
but the others don't have big rooms).
(i have to check on the details of what food we can get, exactly.)
thoughts?
