        Dear Rick,

        last year we had:

____$0 SDG Corporate Group Member ($25 after April 12, 2004)
____$0 SDG Government Group Member ($25 after April 12, 2004)
____$0 SDG University Group Member ($25 after April 12, 2004)
____$25 SDG Student Member ($50 after April 12, 2004)
____$50 Student ($75 after April 12, 2004)
____$150 SDG University, Academic Plus or Postdoc Individual Member ($175 after April 12, 2004)
____$200 Academic ($225 after April 12, 2004)
____$250 SDG Government Individual Member ($275 after April 12, 2004)
____$250 SDG Corporate Individual Member ($275 after April 12, 2004)
____$300 Corporate ($325 after April 12, 2004)
____$300 Government ($325 after April 12, 2004)

My proposal below is less expensive (anyway below we have euros, not dollars) to compensate a little bit the costs for aal guys coming from the far countries.

If you think we have to increase a little bit ...

To assure a small advantage to SDG I'm thinking to an invoice from SDG to us, for organization activities. Having sponsors I've to justify expenses, otherwise the sponsor don't pay.

I'm also preparing a global budget of the event.

        Yours, Pietro

it seems fine to me.

but just to check:
how does that map (approximately) to last years fees?
(last years fees seem to have worked ok...no complaints,
we earned some money.)
