I have no objections to extending the deadline by a week, and I think
it might help a little.

I am happy to be a reviewer for abstracts.

I would be happy to teach the swarm tutorial if it helped get funding
to attend, but given the distance and expense for me to get there, and
given the income from past years' tutorials, I suspect that it the
numbers would not add up favorably.  I will probably not be there this
year, but I am still happy to help out with reviewing and other duties
as needed.
