after a long testing period we finally released synaptic 0.45. It has
various new stuff inside, most notable new dialogs with a better
design (thanks Sebastian), "distribution selection" support (that is
choose between all available versions of a given package), gui proxy
settings, bugfixes and updated translations.

Many thanks to all of you who tested, translated, improved and send
feedback!

Here are the NEWS:
 - proxy can be configured with the gui now
 - new preferences dialog layout (thanks Sebastian Heinlein)

 - when adding filter, they are called "New Filter 1", "New Filter 2"
   etc

   immediately
 - new quit dialog
 - speedup for the pattern filters
