[Synaptic-devel] New menu entry

Synaptic now has got a new de-branched menu entry: "Software". This will
fully integrate Synaptic into GNOME's "system tools" menu. The new
comment is "Install, remove and upgrade software packages".

Because the translation of the menu entry normally has to be done in the
desktop file and not all translators are aware of this, we (Michael and
me) decided to put the strings into the .po files. A little helper
script extracts all the translations from the .po files and appends them
to the desktop file.

So you as translator only have to worry about the po file.
