Details:
It would be great if synaptic could add support for looking up packages using
apt:// URLs.
https://wiki.debian.org/AptProtocol
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/AptURL
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/AptUrl
Then packages.debian.org could offer these URLs to make it easier for folks to
install packages after seeing them on the website.
