- From what I understand, one of Taler's features is that the seller's
transactions are always auditable.  Does this mean the seller cannot be
anonymous at all?

Use-case:  John Doe works in a nursery.  His hobby is to design sex toys
that he sells over the Internet to fulfill his happy customers.  Now
imagine that John Doe's boss, or her boss' boss can make the connection.
 Obviously John Doe might be in trouble for the non-crime of allowing
sick-minded people to associate "makes sex toys" and "works at nursery"
into something regular people wouldn't even think of.
