Hello all,

I have just commited an interesting change to texi2html, a test suite that
is correctly setup (contrary to the old one in Tests). It is much less
verbose and should be usable, it works with make distcheck and contains
all the tests from Tests, and more (especially tests taken from the texinfo
makeinfo test suite). I have separated some base tests that are run with
make check and should catch most regressions, and some long checks that
are mostly manuals formatted with texi2html.

The test suite is in the test/ directory, and there is a README in this
directory that should explain everything.

It is possible that some files change too much to be really useful as
test (especially those generated by tex4ht or latex2html), I will
remove them if it is so.

Also there is a file with a very long filename, which directed me to use
the tar-pax option of automake. This could be too restrictive, just
tell me if so, I could arrange things such that the file name is
shorter.

Last thing, I haven't included in the distribution the test results for
the biggest manuals (singular and xemacs), but others are there, which
means that the distribution is 43M, with 3M of code and 40M of tests...
The test results of singular and xemacs are in cvs.
