[Texi2html-bug] Spanish l10n

Hello,
I would like to contribute with the Spanish translation and I attach
the 'i18n/es' file.

I'm glad to see in this list to Jean-Charles and Reinhold, who
(correct me if I'm wrong) have contributed the existing 'fr' and 'de'
localizations, as well as John Mandereau who works on the translation
infrastructure of the LilyPond project, which we three also contribute
to.

Thank you, I'll stay on touch waiting for possible problems with the file.
