This is also what I would have favored, that is the reference code in
texinfo and the CPAN module automatically constructed from the code
in texinfo, irrespective of the licensing issue. And If all the
contributors argee, changing the license automatically shouldn't be
problematic.
For the arrangement of the source file, I would favor a CPAN like
arrangement, even if it is in fine concatenated in a monolithic script.
Then there would be 2 possible way to call the script, use the
monolithic one, or the one that requires the *.pm, from the perl
modules system directories, or from a private place like datadir/something/
