No, they still have some parts of the C99 language not supported or
brokenly supported.  I believe they intend to fix this eventually.
However, Fabrice Bellard's tcc claims intent to become compliant, and I
wanted to point out that you should remove any such claims from your
version (if there are any) as they are not an accurate representation of
your goals.
