I have successeful exe compilation via libtcc on x32 windows.
try such config.h
#define TCC_VERSION "0.9.25"
#define TCC_TARGET_PE 1
#define CONFIG_TCCDIR "."
//end of config.h
p.s. but x64 linux libtcc compilation will kill me :(
