Hello all,
I am not aware of this path or tcc source I will just comment the way I 
implemented in my front end. (Cake)

I have make the full path of the included file put in a map and then I compare 
against it.

something missing in my implementation (I am planning to do) is on windows make 
a case insensitive  comparison because on window c:\File.c and c:\file.c are 
the same also normalise / and \.
