looks like you're missing some crucial packages. First, install the
'build-essential' package, by:
sudo apt-get install build-essential
For TLF you'll also need hamlib and ncurses, which are probably not
installed on your system by default; get them by:
sudo apt-get install libhamlib2 libhamlib-dev libncurses5-dev libncurses5
After that, TLF should build properly.
