as I wrote in my other mail (replied to Thomas e-mail), I don't
know about the station, how much is its power.

but how does it know? May be it uses an "initial_exchange" like
feature (let's call that "initial_category" :))? I don't beleive
that any contest program _knows_ exactly the current power of actual
station... :)

May be the N1MM uses these lists which I submitted in previous
e-mail, and collects the callsigns and it's category...
