my markersfile is "uglier" :)
ÿÿÿÿ 53 41 "R2014S" color=Yellow
53 41 "R2014S" color=Yellow
53 41 "R2014S" color=Yellow
50 4 "OT4A" color=Magenta
53 41 "R3GB" color=Magenta
-1 29 "9X0ZM" color=Blue
0 6 "S9FT" color=Blue
-82 -120 "DX de K7CXN: 28456.9 ZZ80RS 2116Z" color=Cyan
there are 4 strange chars, I don't know currently what's that.
But Xplanet continuosly drops the warnings:
Warning: Syntax error in marker file
line is "ÿÿÿÿ 53 41 "R2014S" color=Yellow"
As you wrote, the last line looks like differ from others, but
that's same as them, if you look that closely:
-82 -120 "DX de EC8AVU: 7092.0 EA8ED COMUNIDADES 1854Z"
color=Cyan
lat long "TEXT .... " color
just the length of text are longer - but the latitude and
longitude values puts this text the bottom of map.
My "problems" are:
- usually I filter the bandmap to current band, not all
- the Tlf philosophy is very good, so the new spots are lighted,
and old spots are with blunter colours, and every spot
disappear after 10min, if somebody doesn't send it again
that's what I would like to see on the map
May be I'll start to modify the source, but I don't want to do
that only for myself - if anybody interest for this feature, and
would like to use, and had any idea how does it works, I'll make
it.
(and I'm still working on WARC band scorewindow bug)
So, please if anybody has idea, how would like to use the Xplanet
markers, just share with me :)
73,
Ervin
