Hello, and specially for packagers,

The 0.41.0 rc1 tarball can be downloaded from here:

Notes for mac os x packagers: The dependency to glib shouldn't be there 
anymore, so in theory you don't have to package glib, unless you compiled Qt 
with glib support....

It would be great if you can create installers from this tarball for mac os x, 
and linux, and give it some testing to see if there is anything odd going on.

Then if nothing important shows up, it can be released as 0.41 after the 
weekend.

Things to have a look at:

* Theme contrast improvements, do you like it, should it be improved more?
* < E > on a clip shows the Clip Edit dialog, does it work like expected ?
* External processing with sox (or other programs) dialog created, does it 
work like expected ?
* Jack transport control, don't forget to enable it first in the audio driver 
settings page
* audible glitch over splitpoint should be gone (for real now)
* some important bugs fixed
