So I opened all three Fonts in Fontforge,
Next I changed for each of the files(2 or 3 depending of with or
without Csur) in Element>font info>TTF names the Family to
Unifont and Styles to Medium.
At last i clicked on Generate TTC while all 3 fonts open and saved
the outcome.

Thanks for your quick reply,
By guessing a bit about what you wrote and by trying around
I generated a .TTC containing all three files. By setting in
TTF names the Family name and style to the same in all files
and leaving the Fullname as it was, it seems to work great.
If you can tell me the steps you used in Fontforge, I would
greatly appreciate it. I might be able to figure out the
Fontforge script commands.
I did attempt something like that several years ago. It
turned out there was one step that could only be done manually
in Fontforge, so automating it was not possible. That situation
might have changed by now.

What might be possible is combining all three TrueType
files into one font file that consists of three
typefaces. I do not know how to do that. If any
Fontforge experts would like to explain how that could
be done, please do. However, I am not planning on
making any (more!) radical changes before the Debian
freeze, currently scheduled for 5 November 2016. I
would want a major change like that to be testable for
some time before a Debian freeze.
