[Unity-SRC] Announcement: New IRC channel

Hiya,

Yesterday Jast and I decided to move the (non-existent, and if it were,
unused), IRC channel from Quakenet to FreeNode, based on the facts that
Quakenet is not quite a developer network, nor actually the type of network
we seek at all.

The new channel is, as said earlier, settled in FreeNode (irc.freenode.net),
on channel #src. Nickserv is available for people wishing to register their
nicknames, and Chanserv is available to maintain the order in the channel
itself. FreeNode servers support IPv6 aswell!
