I've seen that suggestion before (possibly from you :-) but I don't have
a need for it personally. Can you come up with a good way to get such a
notification? We can probably figure out the last update time from the
timestamp of the file, but how do you setup such a notification so that
it doesn't annoy the users? I wouldn't want to get such a notification
daily. WebSec is there to notify me when pages change, if they don't
change and I get too many notifications, it's not doing a good job.
Come up with a good way to not annoy the users and a patch and I'll
incorporate it.
