[Erw-devel] ERW/Java install?

My apologies for cluelessness, but I've run into problems with a new 
machine.

The short of it is:  I installed J2SDK RPM on my RH 9 system, seems to 
work fine.  I try to run "ertool", and it throws:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: 
it/unimi/dsi/erw/ERtool

Seems obvious to me that it's not finding the erw.jar file.  I don't 
know why, however -- I've done nothing to prevent it from working, I 
think.  I did make sure to include "." and the ERtool directory in my 
CLASSPATH environment variable -- and I can't figure out what's going 
on beyond that.

Of course, it works just fine on my other system. =)

Anyone have a clue for the needy? =)
