Do I need CoreAudio support to make fluidsynth work? If so, can anyone offer me any tips on how to get the framework included properly?Anyway, installing the "CoreAudioSDK.pkg" package should do the trick as indicated in the README-OSX.The README-OSX says to install DevSDK, but now I have both installed and still am not getting the results I want, i.e., no change. (Will the script know to look for CoreAudioSDK1.3.6.pkg?
When you install the CoreAudioSDK, the development headers for CoreAudio are automatically installed in the CoreAudio framework. The configure script always picks this up. Please provide more details as to your difficulty in configuring fluidsynth.
Quote from the README-OSX: Compiling fluidsynth-1.0.7 on Mac OS X.4 (Tiger) -------------------------------------------- Requirements:- "XcodeTools.mpkg","DevSDK.pkg", "CoreAudioSDK.pkg" packages (The Tiger Install DVD).
Unquote This works fine! Ebrahim
