Sounds good to me.  Maybe shorten the names to "audio" and "midi" or  
maybe drivers/audio/ and drivers/midi/ ?  There is other "driver" like  
stuff such as lash and LADSPA which could go in the drivers/ folder in  
that case.

I can't imagine it changing a whole lot, since the current formatting
