You can use special latin2 fonts but you can also use standard Adobe
fonts and Lout will compose missing latin2 glyphs for you.  IIRC,
relevant files for using Adobe fonts for latin2 were contributed by a
Czech user (repertoir of added glyphs confirms this :).  Also I had a
long email exchange with another Czech user where all of his test
documents were in Czech, so I know that Lout can handle Czech ;).

I think it's enough to just @SysInclude { latin2 } and then you can
use standard fonts names ending with CE (TimesCE &c) to get missing
precomposed latin2 glyphs emulated for you.  This is documented in the
user's guide.
