Why Lout?
Today I had installed it locally in my home on a Sun-machine.
Reading the README, found no INSTALL-File, so I looked then
into the makefile.
Editing the Install-Dirs.
Compiling with "make" => No problem.
Installing with "make install".
Some other little actions done.
Ready.
This was minimal effort.
This is a reason, why one want's to use lout. :-)
