Thanks Reimer. I tried this and the font file was indeed embedded in
the output file. Unfortunately, it made no difference to the error
messages or the resultant output - even after adding %%BeginResource
and %%EndResource - so I'll leave this possibility till I've tried
Al's suggestion. However, I need to be connected to pick up the file
he mentions so I'll send this as I'm looking.
