-dEmbedAllFonts=true -dSubsetFonts=true \
-sFONTPATH=/home/mark/fonts -dEncodeColorImages=false \
-dFIXEDMEDIA -dDEVICEWIDTHPOINTS=414 -dDEVICEHEIGHTPOINTS=256 \
-sOutputFile=test.pdf -f test.ps
