Betsi *is* implemented with PGP :-)
Betsi is probably worthwhile.

I suggest that we either settle on /usr/local (which I hate, that
is for *local* stuff), or for /opt/lynx or for just /lynx.
Can we overide with an environment variable? Maybe we should distribute
binaries with a hack to look for "lynx" on the patch and take ../lib
as the directory. I think this is how the Xemacs binaries work.
I can contribute NetBSD/sun3, NetBSD/i386, and Linux/i386-ELF and probably
Linux/Sparc-ELF as well.
