This might just be a case of a text overrun for the non-frames case. When
you *don't* have frames, an alternate section of HTML comes up that would
be invisible under a framed browser.
Lynx is doubly unusual in that it displays the non-frames data, and then
allows you to access each frame, e.g. I can get to both strings
<framset>...
<frame>Oh yes it does </frame>
</frameset>
<noframes>Your browser doesn't support frames</noframes>
