LYNX-DEV lynx2-7 + styles 0.2

i've finally managed to get enough time to finish this off (full
distribution is up now - only tested on linux, "make develop", for
other targets copy the -DXRP -DCS -DUSEHASH across and try that...)
(patch to hopefully follow tomorrow)

it's alpha code, so i'd appreciate bug reports if it breaks, or comments
if it doesn't.

to test it:
1. build lynx
2. change into the styles directory
3. run "../lynx -lss=test.lss test.html"
4. if you don't get colours/styles/etc, mail me (address@hidden)

it's ncurses only at the moment, because i haven't copied the slang
bits across yet.
