Let me say agian what I said last time, in response to this issue. I USE
the feature (ALT="") (Oh, Al, please note that I am NOT yelling, just using
capital letters to <STRONG>ly emphasise a word.) to avoid showing unneeded
links to Lynx users. If this behavior is changed (other than possibly with
a toggle to turn it on and off with the default set to how things work now),
then you will end up needlessly messing up innumerable of my pages. Please
do NOT change this default behavior. (If you add a toggle, with the default
as is, then I really don't care one way or the other, but do keep in mind
that there are ways now of seeing these links.)
