First, put sendmail.exe somewhere in you path.  It will make life easier.
Next, put this line in lynx.cfg.  (It doesn't matter where, the top would 
be fine.)

SYSTEM_MAIL:sendmail -f address@hidden -h inter-linc.com -r mail.inter-linc.com 
-m SMTP
