a Yahoo search got it straight away
& anyway it was in my personal list of  750  useful URLs:
 ftp://ftp.cme.nist.gov/pub/expect/ ;
it appears to be subject to current development like Lynx
(maybe i should add it to Lynx Help for Beginners).
