Since you had a problem with one particular list I don't see the harm in
naming that in your filter.

However, you can be reasonably accurate with a non-list-specific rule.
Such as:

      From or From: line contains (-owner or -request or majordomo or info
      or your.domain.name)
 or
      To: line contains "Multiple recipients"

And since you are not Microsoft you could also look at the Precedence: line.
