It's my negligence that the site is written in only Japanese.

Yes, Lynx286dev17TH.exe is a package for people who are not familiar
with Japanese.  The installer is English and the setup file
(lynx.cfg), which is generated after installation, is one for their
familiar language.

And different from other packages for Windows, you don't have to do
any setup except running installer.  For example, any environment
variables doesn't have to be set (I believe).

p.s.
I'm planning to
  - change the compiler from Borland's bcc32 to MingW's gcc
  - change the SSL library from OpenSSL to GnuTls
  - write the English project page
  - send patches to lynx-dev.
But my work is very very slow.  I don't know when all of them will be
done.
