That would probably be better, but it would be more complicated to
implement and the test suite is kind of a mess as it is.

However, I think I'm going to have to enhance it anyway, to allow an
anonymous sub to be passed as pre- and postludes to the test, because
some tests can't be checked only from examining the output of make; they
need to look to see if files were actually created or not.

I don't know if there'll be time to make this change for this release
though.
