[Monotone-devel] db query error on propagate, monotone 0.16

This is with my little test database that just contains one file on a
few branches:

        hunter[135]$ monotone propagate r5-features main

        monotone: this is almost certainly a bug in monotone.

I started out with one rev on the main branch, then created the
r5-features branch by editing and committing with "--branch=...", then
committed another rev on the r5-features branch.
