Is it necessary for me to first add an "unstable" entry or set of
entries to my sources.list file? When I run the simulated/dry-run
version of the install command, using aptitude, it warns
,----
| Unable to find an archive "unstable" for the package "monotone"
`----
Running apt-get similarly, I see the following:
,----[ Installation dry-run of monotone ]
| # apt-get install -st unstable monotone

| Building dependency tree... Done
| The following extra packages will be installed:
| gcc-3.3-base libboost-date-time1.32.0 libboost-filesystem1.32.0

Note that the monotone entry is still labeled as the "testing"
version.
