Be aware of the fact that monotone's revision format contains more than
just file additions, but also drops, renames (circular, file > folder,
...) and attribute changes. AFAIR all this was the hard part on this
task... Also, I'm not sure if any of the core dev's is ok with setting
our current diff format in stone by adding read support for it somewhere.
