[Monotone-devel] Bug report - 'mtn status <filename>' reported error

**     User Description:

I added the directory "profile" to my workspace, added the snapshot
file under that, then 'cd'd' into that directory and ran 'mtn status
snapshot-1191619122750.nps', and got an error message. I've redacted
the name of the root directory of my project - if you really need it I
can send it to you, but I'd prefer not to.

Below, you will find the output monotone produced and version info.
The redacted debugging log is attached.
