[Monotone-devel] logic_error: restriction excludes addition of 'data' but includes addition of 'data/lloyd'

I couldn't replicate this quickly as a test script, so hopefully the
debug file has everything needed. ;) Let me know if further
information is needed.

I only noticed upon writing this that I am using mtn 0.39, I will try 0.40
