Uh, two problems here:
* its contrib/command (no s at the end)
* it is apparently not part of the tarball (uh!)
But there is contrib/extra-commands.lua which implements the same
interface for a couple of other commands.

PS: Could somebody with more knowledge of autoconf foo add
contrib/command directory to the tarball or is that not wanted?
