[Monotone-devel] Monotone 0.44 port for OpenBSD 4.5

Hi,

I created simple OpenBSD ports of Monotone 0.44 and Botan 1.8.1.

I have tested them only on OpenBSD 4.5/i386 and not on -current,
so they are not good for the official OpenBSD ports archive, but
work for me.
