I've pushed the required changes for the Debian package but I have not
uploaded binaries anywhere because libbotan1.8 in unstable is severely
broken (see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=527461).
The botan package maintainer said over a week ago that a fix would
happen "today" but, well, that was over a week ago.  :-(
