usher doesn't compile on FreeBSD unless you add some headers:
<sys/types.h>,<sys/socket.h> in src/administrator.cc
and <netinet/in.h>,<sys/types.h>,<sys/socket.h>,<signal.h> in src/server.cc.
I didn't (yet) check if the produced executable actually works.
Did anyone perchance port/test it already on any BSD?
Else, I'll probably test it in the weekend.
