[Monotone-devel] Please review nvm.man-page

Hi folks!

Please have a final look at nvm.man-page. In the end I decided against
using mdoc because various formattings are unfortunately not available
when using this format, and in the end the user wants to see a
good-looking and working man page and don't cares about its format
anyways. If anyone is in the mood he can pick up the initial work in
nvm.man-page.mdoc though - I certainly won't stop him :)
