[Om-synth] om_gkt strangeness

Hi

Sometimes om_gtk acts funny. If I start it to early after om the gui 
doesn't come up. And sometimes after destroying it a couple of times, it 
totally refuses to come back up again. I just had to reboot (!!!!!) the 
machine, for it to start working again.

I donno but is seems as if there are some stuff still hanging on the 
server that keeps om_gtk from comming back up. Or something...
